項目專員
您將擁有項目的信息主干——對項目的指定工作包進行文檔控制和催交,并支持項目經(jīng)理管理和執(zhí)行項目。負責(zé)整個項目生命周期的文檔控制,為工程師和項目經(jīng)理提供準(zhǔn)確的按需狀態(tài)和里程碑報告。提高項目文檔管理能力,并對工具和流程等提出改進建議。
您的角色和核心職責(zé)
文件管理:
1)及時為項目準(zhǔn)備、分發(fā)和歸檔準(zhǔn)確的客戶、ABB和供應(yīng)商文件;
2)建立和維護項目文檔清單;確保嚴格的版本控制,實時狀態(tài)跟蹤;觸發(fā)并跟進內(nèi)部行動(提交計劃、收款等);
3)為工程師和項目經(jīng)理提供準(zhǔn)確的文檔需求狀態(tài)和里程碑報告,定期記錄文檔狀態(tài)報告,為項目會議提供信息。
持續(xù)改進:
分析項目與文檔管理績效,通過創(chuàng)建用戶友好的工作流程說明、文件模板和工具來不斷提高項目/文件管理能力,以降低項目執(zhí)行風(fēng)險。

所屬業(yè)務(wù):一次開關(guān)設(shè)備事業(yè)部(Primary Switchgear, ELDS)
任職要求
1)大學(xué)本科;
2)1年以上文檔/項目管理類工作經(jīng)驗,有開關(guān)柜工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
3)熟練使用office全系列辦公軟件,如MS Project/Power BI/Excel/PPT等;
4)具備較好的數(shù)據(jù)分析及進度管控能力;
5)具備一定的英語書寫和口語交流能力;
6)工作認真細致,注重團隊協(xié)作,具有良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。

Project Specialist
You will own the project’s information backbone—running both document control and expediting for assigned work packages of a project and supports project managers in management and execution of the project. Responsible for document control throughout the entire project lifecycle, supports engineers and project managers with accurate on-demand status and milestone reporting.
Improves project document management competence and suggests improvements for tools and processes etc.
Your role and responsibilities
Document Control:
1)Prepares, distributes, and stores accurate customer, ABB, and supplier documents for projects in a timely manner.
2)Build and maintain the project document matrix; ensure strict version control, real-time status tracking; trigger and follow up internal actions (submission plan, payment collection).
3)Supports engineers and project managers with accurate on-demand status and milestone reporting, periodic document status reports to feed project meetings.
Continuous improvement:
Conducting analysis of project performance, continuously raise project/document management competence by creating user-friendly work instructions, document templates, and tools to reduce risk.

This role is contributing to the function in Primary Switchgear, ELDS.
Qualifications for the role
1)Bachelor's degree.
2)1+ years in document/project management; with experience in switchgear is preferred.
3)Proficient in office software, such as MS Project, Power BI, Excel, PPT.
4)Strong data analysis and schedule-control skills.
5)Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
6)Strong focus on details, emphasizing teamwork, good communication and coordination ability.
