ACCOUNTABILITY As part of the Quality Surveillance team, you will be involved in various quality surveillance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards as well as company policies, processes and methods. Within the business, you will be responsible for 1. Coordinating and performing Operational Surveillance activities, including finding follow-up. 2. Coordinating and performing Industrial Qualifications activities, including finding follow-up. 3. Potentially conducting (as Internal Auditor) and participating in internal audits and as such, you may be facing authorities (internal and external) 4. Performing Look Across between sites to assess potential similar gaps on process adherence 5. Drive, participate and support action plans definition and follow up 6. Identifying local best practices and contribute to the adaptation of quality standards and process improvements 7. EDUCATION: with Engineering or Business degree. 2. EXPERIENCE: 5 year experience in Quality and/or Audit domain. Background in audits, surveillance and compliance management 3. CERTIFICATION: Internal Auditor (already or willing) 4. LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking 5. KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL SKILLS: Quality / Processes / Engineering 6.
