負責客戶:重慶百貨
崗位職責:
1.建立完整的客戶計劃以推動整體業(yè)務。
2.為指定的客戶執(zhí)行與業(yè)務目標和客戶策略一致的計劃。
3.通過計劃,溝通,預測,持續(xù)測量結果,實施糾正措施或學習,促進日常業(yè)務的卓越執(zhí)行。
4.培養(yǎng)除買方以外的富有成效的業(yè)務關系,包括跨職能領導和至少比買方/品類經理高一級的報告級別。
5.負責達成大客戶的目標和關鍵績效指標。
6.遵守公司的所有原則和政策,包括雀巢的貿易政策,當地的銷售政策,當地的貿易條款,安全和法律法規(guī)。
1.Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business.
2.Execute plans for assigned Account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
3.Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
4.Nurtures productive business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at least 1 up from the buyer/category manager.
5.Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs.
6.Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Trems,Safety and legal regulations.
任職要求:
1. 有三年大客戶管理經驗,Trade Marketing,品類計劃管理經驗
2.出色的數據分析能力,結果導向
3.出色的溝通能力,學習能力
4.本科及以上學歷
With about 3 years of key account management or category operation management experience.
Strong pressure resistance and communication skills.
Have the ability of data analysis and reporting.
