Main Purpose of Job:
Be responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives.
Support sales organization across its tools, processes and data.
In close collaboration with sales management and sales team to provide daily sales operation support and sales process management.
Key Outputs:
Sales Operation:
*Support on sales document preparation and stamping, such as qualification information, product brochures and various reference files.
*Sales related system management such as Bincard,SIM and responsible for sales expense application, sample management.
Data Analysis:
* Support Sales team on related Business Reporting and on-demand Business Analysis;
* Support monthly sales acheivement forecast tracking
* Familiar with SAP, CRM etc. provide all kinds of reports for sales target, NPS, off-take,stock and distribution and
* Inspection on operation procedure: expense, sample, claim etc.
Process Improvement & Project Implementation:
* Discover existing process problems, propose suggestions for improvement of enforceability, and constantly improve the internal working efficiency of the team;
* Participate in the formulation,planning, and follow-up implementation of new projects in the pediatric &adult medical channel
Key Experiences:
'* University degree or equal in commercial related major.
* At least 1 year sales support experience in muti-national company referable phamacutical industry.
* Good communication skills
* Good data management & analytical skills.
* Well-organized, accurate, datail-oriented and service-oriented.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
