Context and Main Missions: As one of key roles in LEM R&D functions, electronics engineer will drive the product design and improvement in whole product life cycle, together with mechanical engineers, testing engineers and industrial engineering engineers. He/she takes an active part in new product design and engineering verification for reliable final products. He/she also plays a key engineer role in product change/improvement projects. Existing/upcoming products are/are to be products with success, which are best combination of electronics and magnetics, technology and engineering, designing and production, etc. He/she will need to follow product development process and work closely with project managers. Key responsibilities · Responsible for new product design and verification in accordance with standards and regulations. · Review and create product requirements and validation plan, by co-work with product managers and system engineers. · Lead hardware development in product project teams, including co-work with Quality, purchasing, etc. · Study specific technology megatrend and build link to product requirements. · Testing and measurement analysis from prototype to production readiness. · Support operation(production) team for new project transfer, and existing product CFU (change follow up). · Implement design tools, methods, and processes with global R&D. · Contribute the improvement of engineering document templates and document review process with sponsoring of department head and group R&D head. · Peer review on project and engineering documentations. · Technical support and problem-solving support to customer through TCS engineer and production through industrial engineering engineer. · Temporary tasks from superior managers. Requirements: · Bachelor or above, major in electronic or related · Working experience: 2 years or above. · Sharp in at least one of key core competences – embedded HW design, analog design, A/D mixed electronics, magnetics. · Good experience in product development process · Good ability/enthusiasm in learning new knowledge · Team worker in project team · Team worker with excellent communication skills · Able to perform engineering tests, debug and make clear test reports. · Strong experience below is plus : o Electromagnetic knowledge and experience on materials, simulation, and process o IEC 61010 /IEC61800/ISO26262 standard knowledge o EMC design/test knowledge o Knowledge in lean manufacturing, 6 sigma, Operating Excellence, Design of experimentation, Shainin · Able to communicate in English, good at reading and writing.
