YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets through drug store or end-user education.實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售指標(biāo),通過(guò)藥店或終端用戶教育。
- Establish a sales plan and schedule activities to implement the sales plan in the field, including developing a visiting agenda to meet these targets.建立銷售計(jì)劃,并通過(guò)各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)和拜訪來(lái)執(zhí)行銷售計(jì)劃,確保目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
- Monitor and manage pricing among clients.控制客戶之間的價(jià)格管理。
- Execute product education for drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services during visits to existing and new customers.在拜訪現(xiàn)有和新客戶時(shí),根據(jù)客戶需求對(duì)藥店人員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn),并建議適當(dāng)?shù)漠a(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。

WHO YOU ARE
- Education level: Higher than college degree (大專以上文化程度).
- At least 1 year of working experience in the OTC or FMCG sector in a multinational retail environment, preferably managing 100 drugstores至少一年在OTC行業(yè)或跨國(guó)零售業(yè)的快消品行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),最好有管理100家藥店的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
