YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently achieve sales targets for Bayer Pharma products in the assigned territory through effective key account management of pharmacy chains.
- Ensure market access for Bayer pharmaceutical products within the retail channel.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with pharmacy chains to support sustainable business growth.
- Implement marketing campaigns tailored to each pharmacy chain and conduct regular business reviews aligned with market strategy.
- Collect, analyze, and document market information as required.
- Ensure all actions align with Bayer’s LIFE values, compliance guidelines, and relevant company regulations.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in medical or pharmaceutical sciences preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the pharmacy retail industry.
- Demonstrated learning agility and strong business acumen.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of self-motivation.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
