處方藥推廣零售連鎖
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the plan of action to ensure the sustainable business growth in the designated territory;
  • Support the market access of Bayer pharma products in retail channel;
  • Establish strategic partnership with pharmacy chain businesses by creating shared values and initiate projects for strengthening the collaboration;
  • Manage market information and conduct business analysis to identify market opportunities and problem areas;
  • Build ahigh-performing retail business team in the designated territory;
  • Based on product tracking and forecasts, allocate resources and control cost effectively.
  • Establishes individual goals for Medical Representatives in alignment with business strategies and objectives and monitors the progress towards them. As a VACC leader, provide coaching and support.
  • Conducts performance management and development dialogues with subordinates; improves employees’ performance and engagement by coaching; executes performance improvement plans when necessary；
  • Ensures compliance of all activities carried out in the team, provides regular compliance updates and trainings to subordinates and ensures that the actions are aligned with Bayer’s culture and values.
WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in medical or medicine preferred;
  • At least 3-year sales management experience in pharmaceutical industry, experience in MNCs preferred;
  • Market Insights: Ability to conduct market research, identify potential customers, and business opportunities.
  • Strong communication& negotiation skill with proven records of key account management and business development;
  • Team Management: Experience in team building and management, capable of motivating the team to achieve goals.
  • Outcome-Oriented: Ability to define aspirational goals, driving and deliver the quality outcome consistently. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
