Sales target achievement: Seek sales leads and opportunities, responsible for achieving assigned sales target.
3.解決方案式銷售：深刻理解客戶需求，與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，為客戶提供定制化的測試、檢驗(yàn)、認(rèn)證及培訓(xùn)一體化解決方案。
Solution selling: Explore customer demand, collaborate with technical team to provide customer with customized service solutions for testing, inspection, certification, and training.
4.市場洞察：持續(xù)關(guān)注電子電氣行業(yè)動態(tài)、技術(shù)趨勢及法規(guī)更新，并能將其轉(zhuǎn)化為業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會。
Market insight: Concern on dynamics, technological trends, and regulatory updates in Electrical industry, and be able to convert into business opportunities.
5.商務(wù)談判與溝通：負(fù)責(zé)商務(wù)談判和溝通，推動項(xiàng)目達(dá)成，并確?；乜铐樌?。
Contract negotiation and signing: Responsible for business negotiations and drive project completion and ensuring payment collection.

Job Requirements
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，工科背景（如電子、電氣、機(jī)械、自動化等）優(yōu)先，市場營銷、商務(wù)管理相關(guān)專業(yè)亦可考慮。
Bachelor’s degree or above, with engineering background (such as electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, etc.) preferred.
Marketing or business management related majors may also be considered
2.2年以上電氣行業(yè)銷售或工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉B2B銷售流程，具備以下任一領(lǐng)域背景者優(yōu)先：
Over 2 years of sales or engineering experiences in electrical industry, familiar with B2B sales process, with background in any of the following fields preferred:
3.TIC檢測、認(rèn)證行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Sales experience in TIC industry;
4.電子電氣行業(yè)銷售、技術(shù)或質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Experience in sales, technology, or quality management in Electrical industry;
5.面向制造業(yè)的技術(shù)服務(wù)或解決方案銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Sales experience in technical services or solutions for the manufacturing industry
6.良好的溝通、 演講能力及談判能力。
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
7.良好的英語讀寫能力，能夠處理英文郵件和基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)文件。
Good English reading and writing skills, able to handle English emails and basic technical documents
