?Track and improve ship to request and ship to schedule performance
?Clarify short lead time and abnormal demand with Demand Management, Product Manager, Sales and Customer Service Team
?Perform and publish root cause analysis on delivery performance KPIs
Inventory Control
?Execute Make-To-Order, Make-to-Forecast and Make-To-Stock strategies
?Coordinate global stock rebalancing activities
?Review healthy stock levels, conduct root cause analysis and back to normal actions
?Speed up maturity of old datecode, dead projects and quality issues
Billing attainment
?Track billing and shipping backlog versus forecast
?Expedite late code and shippable late
?Ensure product availability for Make-To-Forecast and Make-To-Stock products
Freight Control
?Manage inbound and outbound freight transport mode
?Review and utilizing premium freight for strategic initiatives
Tactical Purchasing
?Carry out the tactical purchasing activities for external suppliers
?Coordinate with procurement team to drive continuous improvement
