Objective of job
Lead a professional team to support our dealer network running—we’re seeking an experienced Project Management Manager to lead our critical Sales Incentive Dealer Payout Project. You will own end-to-end execution (from contract drafting, bidding, to process controls and daily operations), manage a supplier team of approx. 30+ professionals, and shape how we deliver sales incentives.
Task description
1. Lead the Sales Incentive Dealer Payout Project: Define scope, hit milestones, and ensure timely and accurate payout to our dealers
2. Lead & grow a 35-person supplier team: Assign work, define KPIs, track performance, and resolve roadblocks to keep operations smooth
3. Run supplier bidding & contracts: Draft contracts, evaluate proposals, negotiate agreements (e.g. service contracts, RfQ, engagement letter), to ensure clear terms and keep risk in check
4. Process Optimization: Design and optimize incentive calculation, checking, approval and payment processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
5. Collaborate across the business: Partner with sales, finance, procurement, legal and IT to align processes, fix inefficiencies, and keep stakeholders aligned
6. Risk Management: Identify project risks (including contractual and financial risks) and develop effective mitigation strategies
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong skills in financing/auditing area, risk management and control capability are a plus
2. 5+ years of project management experience with automotive industry or consulting firms highly preferred;
3. Proven track record: Management experience, leading a team (10+ people) and led end-to-end supplier bidding/procurement
4. Contract skills: excellent contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills
5. PMP or other project management certification preferred
6. Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
