OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Coordinate and supervise all warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency in the management of incoming and outgoing goods, accuracy in order preparation and compliance with delivery times.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Warehouse Operations Management
倉庫運營管理
?Create, coordinate and supervise the team of warehouse workers.
創(chuàng)建、協(xié)調(diào)和監(jiān)督倉庫工人團隊;
?Organize daily activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
組織日常活動(接收、儲存、揀選、包裝、運輸);
?Optimize storage spaces.
優(yōu)化存儲空間;
?Knowledge inventory evaluation method as FIFO, LIFO, ABC logics. – PLUS
了解庫存評估方法,如FIFO、LIFO、ABC;
?Verify and ensure the integrity and order of goods.
核實并確保貨物的完整性和秩序。

2. Order preparation and shipping
訂單準(zhǔn)備與運輸
?Ensure the correct preparation of orders (picking and packing).
確保正確準(zhǔn)備訂單(揀選和包裝);
?Monitor and meet shipping deadlines.
監(jiān)控并控制在發(fā)貨截止日期之前;
?Coordinate with the logistics/transport office for the organization of deliveries.
與物流/運輸辦公室協(xié)調(diào)安排交付;
?Minimize shipping errors.
盡量減少運輸錯誤。

3. Personnel management
人事管理
?Assign tasks and shifts to warehouse staff.
為倉庫員工分配任務(wù)和輪班;
?Training and supporting new resources.
培訓(xùn)并支持新資源;
?Monitor the operational performance of the team.
監(jiān)控團隊的運營績效。

4. Stock control and management
庫存控制和管理
?Perform recurring inventory physical count (adjust with operation management autorizhation)
定期執(zhí)行庫存盤點(根據(jù)運營管理自動調(diào)整);
?Oversee periodic and rotary inventories.
監(jiān)管定期的與周期性的庫存;
?Ensure that inventory movements are recorded correctly.
確保庫存的變動記錄是正確的;
?Report any critical stock or anomalies in stock levels.報告任何關(guān)鍵庫存或庫存水平異常。
5. Safety and maintenance
安全與維護
?Check compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations.
檢查是否符合安全和事故預(yù)防規(guī)定;
?Coordinate the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of warehouse equipment.
協(xié)調(diào)倉庫設(shè)備的日常和特殊維護;
?Ensure the cleanliness and order of the work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills

?Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in similar roles.
至少3-5年類似工作經(jīng)驗;
?Bilingual: Chinese and English

?Good knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
熟悉Office軟件(Excel, Word, Outlook…);
?Knowledge of warehouse management software (e.g. WMS, ERP). – PLUS

?Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transport documents.

?Ability to read delivery notes, labels and transport documents.
