Position Title: Graphic Designer
Division: Administration
Supervisor: Director of Marketing & Advancement
Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer supports the work of the Marketing and Advancement Office through graphic design and production as well as provide stewardship for brand management, and administrative support.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
- BA in English or graphic design
- Degree related to graphic design preferred
EXPERIENCE
- 4 years of both online and offline work experience in either in-house or agencies
- A portfolio of professional design work that demonstrates outstanding skills and experience in the graphic design field
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of graphic/brand design principles, graphic standards, technical details, codes and material characteristics.
- Previous experience working with multi-national companies/brands
- Previous experience working on social media content creation, website preferred
SKILLS
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc
- Ability to visualize ideas in two and three dimensions.
- Ability to present ideas with rationales in English
- Familiarity with Word Press preferred

JOB SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS
- Graphic Design & Production
o Responsible for the design and delivery of the graphic/branding aspects of all MarCom projects from design concepts, key visuals, artwork and production & installation.
o Design and maintain all internal and external school decoration including maps, signages, digital screens, etc.
o Develop all collateral materials such as the annual report, calendar, name badges, posters, programs, banners, invitations, signs, faculty bio, merchandise products…etc.
o Provide new unique & organized designs for event materials as needed.
o Support content development for social media posts and marketing campaigns.
o Develop graphics/images as needed to keep the website fresh and current.
o Independently liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders with efficient communication and cooperation.
- Brand Management
o Create and maintain assets bank for all internal & external facing materials.
o Responsible for brand visual consistency among all design assets including but not limited to develop visual guidelines, maintain templates for school forms, reports, etc.
