崗位設(shè)定目的 Job Purpose
負(fù)責(zé)車間新設(shè)備安裝及車間原有設(shè)備的改造，確保其按計(jì)劃投入正常生產(chǎn).Responsible for new equipment installation and old equipment improvement, to make sure they can put into normal production as planned.
主要職責(zé)和活動Key Accountabilities
1.與設(shè)備供應(yīng)商確認(rèn)設(shè)備工藝要求，制定設(shè)備安裝技術(shù)協(xié)議Confirm equipment technological requirement with supplier, make equipment installation technical
2.核算申報(bào)設(shè)備安裝輔材，并跟蹤材料到貨進(jìn)度Calculate and apply the equipment installation material, track the material purchase progress.
3.制定設(shè)備安裝進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，確保設(shè)備安裝按照計(jì)劃完成Make plan for equipment installation, make sure the installation can finish as planned.
4.跟蹤設(shè)備安裝全過程，維護(hù)安裝現(xiàn)場秩序，管理安裝公司工作，保證安裝工作順利進(jìn)，完工Track the installation progress of equipment, keep order of installation site, manage installation company work, to make sure the installation work can finish smoothly.
5.協(xié)助設(shè)備調(diào)試工作Give support for the equipment commissioning.
6.總結(jié)設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試中出現(xiàn)的問題，制定問題清單，督促安裝公司與設(shè)備廠家改進(jìn)，確保設(shè)備按時投產(chǎn)Summarize the problem during installation and commissioning, do the open-list, push the installation company and supplier to solve them, make sure the equipment can be produced in time.
7.設(shè)備生產(chǎn)后續(xù)跟蹤，設(shè)備驗(yàn)收Tracking the equipment producing and acceptance.
