Youwill be responsible for the synthesis of peptides in mg to gram scale. In this role, you will have opportunities to use the most advanced automatic peptide synthesis system to prepare various complex peptides and work with experienced analysis and purification researchers to obtain peptides with high purity. You will communicate with the experts from multinational pharmaceutical companies face to face.

Responsibilities
1、學(xué)習(xí)使用不同的自動(dòng)多肽合成儀以及優(yōu)化參數(shù)。
2、設(shè)計(jì)多肽的合成路線。
3、對(duì)多肽合成的分析數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行解析，并對(duì)合成方法進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)膬?yōu)化。
4、配合項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理或副總定期向歐美客戶定匯報(bào)課題進(jìn)展情況；
5、及時(shí)地書寫英文E-Note、日?qǐng)?bào)和結(jié)題報(bào)告；
6、根據(jù)公司要求，及時(shí)地總結(jié)工作，上交實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)資料。
1. Learns to operate different automatic peptide synthesizer and to optimize parameters.
2.Proposes synthetic plan for different peptides.
3.Independently interprets analytical data of peptide synthesis, optimizes synthetic method properly.
4.Regularly cooperates with project managers or VPs to report project progress to domestic or foreign clients.
5.Timely and accurately records English E-Note, prepares daily reports and final reports.
6.Timely summarizes and submits the experimental data according to company policies.
任職要求
Qualifications:
1、有機(jī)化學(xué)或藥物化學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士或博士學(xué)歷，研究方向?yàn)槎嚯暮铣桑ü滔鄡?yōu)先）；
2、具有較豐富的多肽合成經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如有復(fù)雜多肽（例如多環(huán)肽，長(zhǎng)肽，多肽偶聯(lián)藥物等等）更佳；
3、較強(qiáng)抗壓力，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，可帶領(lǐng)一至多名實(shí)驗(yàn)助理開展研究工作；
4、優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力。
1.Master or Ph. D. degree in organic/medicinal chemistry with experience in peptide synthesis （solid phase preferred）;
2.Extensive experience in peptide synthesis, having experience in complex peptides synthesis such as multiple-cycle peptide, long peptide, PDC, etc. is preferred;
3.Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility and team collaboration, capably coaches one or more junior chemists;
4.Fluent in reading and writing in English; ability to effectively converse in English.
