崗位概述 該職位需深入理解國際學(xué)校的運(yùn)作模式,熟悉國內(nèi)外課程體系,并具備卓越的跨文化溝通能力。在教學(xué)支持、溝通與協(xié)調(diào)等方面發(fā)揮重要作用,助力學(xué)校打造高質(zhì)量的國際化教育環(huán)境。 崗位職責(zé) 1. 支持領(lǐng)導(dǎo)日常管理工作
  • 協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)處理學(xué)校日常事務(wù),統(tǒng)籌安排校長的日程,協(xié)調(diào)各部門工作,確保信息流暢傳遞;
  • 組織和協(xié)調(diào)各類會(huì)議,起草會(huì)議紀(jì)要,并跟進(jìn)落實(shí)相關(guān)決策。
2. 溝通與協(xié)調(diào)
  • 作為與管理層、教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)、及外部機(jī)構(gòu)之間的溝通橋梁,促進(jìn)對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外合作與交流;
  • 負(fù)責(zé)雙語溝通與翻譯,包括會(huì)議口譯、文件翻譯及公文撰寫。
3 . 課程與教學(xué)支持
  • 熟悉IB等國際課程體系及國家課程;
  • 積極收集并引進(jìn)國內(nèi)及國際教育領(lǐng)域前沿的教育教學(xué)成果,促進(jìn)提升教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)化水準(zhǔn)和教學(xué)創(chuàng)新;
  • 協(xié)助相關(guān)教學(xué)項(xiàng)目的落地。
4. 主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)新發(fā)展
  • 關(guān)注全球教育動(dòng)態(tài),主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)新教育理念;
  • 參與教育研討,不斷提升自身專業(yè)水平。
5、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事務(wù) 任職要求 1. 教育背景與經(jīng)驗(yàn)
  • 本科及以上學(xué)歷,教育學(xué)、英語、國際關(guān)系等相關(guān)專業(yè),有海外教育背景者優(yōu)先;
  • 具備國際學(xué)校工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,熟悉IB課程體系及中國國家課程體系;
  • 具備中英雙語環(huán)境下的教學(xué)或行政支持經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解國際教育行業(yè)運(yùn)作模式。
2. 語言及溝通能力
  • 中英文精通,能夠進(jìn)行高水平的口譯與筆譯,勝任跨文化溝通需求;
  • 具備優(yōu)秀的書面表達(dá)能力,能夠撰寫高質(zhì)量的雙語文案、政策文件、報(bào)告等;

SCHOOL PROFILEBeijing City International School(BCIS) was opened in August 2005 to provide an international education for the expatriate community in Beijing and, uniquely, for the children of internationally-minded Chinese nationals. The vision of the founders sees BCIS as a bridge between East and West. BCIS is a private, not-for-profit, coeducational day school.Enrollment currently stands at 750 students. There are over 50 nationalities enrolled. The school has an open admissions policy for students who can benefit from its programme. Students must either be fluent in the English language or willing to develop fluency through the school’s ESOL(English for Speakers of Other Languages) programme.The school comprises of three sections: an Early Childhood Center(Toddler through Kindergarten) and an Elementary School(G1 through Grade 5) and an Secondary School(Grades 6 through 12), each of which is headed by a Principal who reports to the Head of School. There are approximately 100 teachers representing 13 nationalities.BCIS is an IB World School. The school is authorized to teach the IB Primary Years Programme(PYP), Middle Years Programme(MYP), and Diploma Programme(DP).
