Main Responsibilities – Production Executive
1. Fully responsible production firmmanagement.
2. Strictly enforce the quality system (ISO13485) management and FDA quality system regulations (if required);
3. Generate the annual budget of the production covering the company's business plan and target against the company's annual target;
4. Lead, supervise and motivate the production team (production,purchasing, warehousing, shipping, etc.) to achieve the goals and tasks.
5. Improve the family structure and reasonable personnel allocation of the department, develop the company's operation process and required management systems;
6. Ensure the supervision of relevant management are put into place and well implemented, avoid product quality defects and operational risks;
7. Closely monitor the product quality, problem shooting and the quality improvement, optimize and improve the efficiency of operations;
8. Responsible for the transfer and cost study of new product from head office;
9. Upgrade the performance of the company and employees, continuously improve the full energy of the team and employees, and strengthen the construction of talent backup.
10. Ensure EHS in line with the national and local government policies and regulations.
11. Responsible for TPM management of production equipment, maintain the best condition of all equipment and tools
under effective run.
12. Ensure the inspection and maintenance as the cycle required timeframe to the equipment, tools and ensure the equipment and tools under the good conditions.
13. Plan and implement the staff skills training on quality; Improve by steps to upgrade the level of the quality team through the proper review and timely guidance;
14. Following closely the EHS. Always be ready to subject to the inspection and improvement by the Ministry of
Environmental Protection and the State Administration of Safety;
15. Assist General Manager for other business if required.
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above. Over 10 years of production/plan/operations manager experience with foreign enterprises (Medical Device industry, Europe and the United States entities is preferred);
2. Familiar with import and export business (from import materials to export the ready-made products).
3. Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, communication and independent problem solving skills, strong leadership, affinity and team player;
4. Strong initiative, self-motivation and self-improvement, good command of reading, writing and spoken English.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary:9,000-13,000/M. (the salary is negotiable if well fit the post)
Social security and housing provident fund are paid in accordance with the regulations of Jiangsu Province at 10%.
