崗位概述:
1、協(xié)助團隊負責人構建機構經(jīng)營分析數(shù)據(jù)模型,并完成月度成本分析報告,為管理決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
2、為總部業(yè)務部門對機構的日常管理提供相關數(shù)據(jù)支持和財務分析。
3、參與年度各部門KPI管理體系搭建,包括年初目標設定、過程進度跟蹤及年終績效評估與測算。
4、協(xié)助團隊負責人為CFO或部門經(jīng)理準備出差相關材料,包括當?shù)厥袌稣{(diào)研報告及機構業(yè)務多維度分析材料。
5、向機構提供業(yè)務經(jīng)營分析數(shù)據(jù)培訓,提升分支機構數(shù)據(jù)應用與分析能力。
6、高效完成上級交辦的其他相關工作。
任職資格:
1、3年左右金融保險相關的工作經(jīng)驗;
2、良好的英文溝通能力。
Position Summary:
1. Assist the team leader in building operational analysis data models for the branches and independently complete monthly cost analysis reports to support management decision-making.
2. Support Distribution and BUs in the daily management of Branches by providing relevant financial analysis and data support.
3. Participate in the establishment of the annual KPI management system for various business departments, including setting targets at the beginning of the year, tracking progress, and conducting year-end performance evaluation and scoring.
4. Assist the team leader in preparing materials for the CFO or department heads ahead of business trips, such as conducting local market research and creating multi-dimensional analysis reports on branch performance.
5. Conduct training sessions on daily business operation data analysis for the branches, enhancing data application and analytical capabilities across branches.
6. Efficiently complete other tasks required by leader.
Recruitment requirements:
1. About 3 years working experience in finance or insurance.
2. Good English communication skills.
