Position Summary:
AXATP CEO office & PMO looks over the pivot strategic pillars and push for a stringent transformation process. The ideal intern candidate' missions are focused on the following key areas:
- Facilitate the corporate strategic transformation program and coordinate transformation workstreams in delivering corporate transformation targets.
- Manage corporate project portfolio and ensure investment trajectory align with corporate strategy.
- Execution review and results tracking of key transformation projects and critical transformation initiatives.
- Overall insurance product management governance to ensure product strategy and portfolio, development process & on-going management align with company strategy.

Key Responsibility:

Recruitment requirements:
1. Major in Finance/Insurance/Statistics/Mathematics or similar field. Interested in a strategy-related career opportunity.
2. A strong & trackable academic performance; Prestigious university is a plus.
3. Proactive and result-oriented team player with an excellent study attitude.
4. Self-motivated, good communication, analytical and interpersonal skillsets.
5. Fluent English, proficiency in MS Office.
