What you'll do
? Manage and enhance the NutriOpt and digital nutrition product portfolio, focusing on formulation, animal modeling, and sustainability.
? Develop and execute digital product strategies and annual brand plans, coordinating with sales, technical, and cross-functional teams.
? Lead digital communication and brand awareness initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, intranet, and commercial presentations.
? Plan and implement new product launches, from roadmap planning to internal training and performance tracking.
? Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align product development and market strategies.

We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to Own this role. Someone with a strong affinity for digitalization and data-driven approaches, and the creativity to develop customer-focused solutions.

You will also need
? Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Animal Nutrition, or a related field
? 3–5 years of experience in B2B product management, marketing, or digital communications
? Solid understanding of animal nutrition and product management principles
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
? Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Power BI, Adobe)
? Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus
? Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Animal Nutrition, or a related field
? 3–5 years of experience in B2B product management, marketing, or digital communications
