功能測試EMC性能測試
測試統(tǒng)籌：負(fù)責(zé)一個測試任務(wù)的完整實施過程，包括參與需求分析，制定測試方案并評估風(fēng)險，制定測試計劃，編寫測試用例，跟蹤測試進(jìn)程，處理測試問題，編寫或評審測試報告。測試任務(wù)包括產(chǎn)品的功能、性能、可靠性、電磁兼容等測試。
認(rèn)證與測試協(xié)調(diào)：負(fù)責(zé)與認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)、檢測實驗室等外部機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行溝通，組織產(chǎn)品的認(rèn)證工作，確保產(chǎn)品能夠順利通過如CE、UL認(rèn)證等認(rèn)證。
內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)與溝通：向研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量等部門提供知識培訓(xùn)，提高員工對測試的認(rèn)識和理解。
任職要求：
學(xué)歷要求：本科及以上學(xué)歷。電氣工程及其自動化、測控技術(shù)與儀器、電力電子與電力傳動等相關(guān)教育背景優(yōu)先。
經(jīng)驗要求：本科6年以上，碩士3年以上電力電子產(chǎn)品的系統(tǒng)測試經(jīng)驗，熟悉被測產(chǎn)品的工作原理和應(yīng)用，有開發(fā)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
專業(yè)知識1：熟悉如電氣安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、電磁兼容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等規(guī)范。
專業(yè)知識2：熟悉測試用例設(shè)計方法理論，保障測試用例覆蓋率。
專業(yè)知識3：熟悉CE和UL認(rèn)證體系和認(rèn)證流程，熟悉認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)的要求和操作規(guī)范，能夠準(zhǔn)確判斷產(chǎn)品所需的認(rèn)證項目，并指導(dǎo)認(rèn)證申請工作。
溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力：與公司各部門以及外部的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)、檢測實驗室、供應(yīng)商等建立良好的溝通與合作關(guān)系，能夠有效地推動認(rèn)證工作的順利開展。
語言要求：較好的讀寫。
