高壓OBC新能源汽車新能源
主要崗位職責：
1、支持新能源汽車高壓電機控制器，車載充電機（OBC），DC/DC，配電等模塊電路需求分析，負責硬件需求分解及評審；
2、硬件系統(tǒng)架構設計，定義硬件功能模塊框圖，并主導評審；
3、OBC、DCDC、高壓電機主功率拓撲的設計和評審；
4、電機主功率、功率半導體驅(qū)動、磁性元件、濾波組件和配電單元的WCA計算，設計評審；
5、針對主功率拓撲可以快速仿真驗證并給出具有指導意義的建議；
6、電路原理圖設計及評審，
layout設計及評審；
7、系統(tǒng)及模塊電路的測試，性能驗證與問題解決；
8、主導解決產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提升優(yōu)化、電子料替代驗證、原材料降本驗證等應用問題；。
任職要求：
1、從事硬件開發(fā)10年及以上，其中高壓新能源產(chǎn)品硬件達5年以上；
2、熟練掌握電力電子知識，功率半導體器件應用，驅(qū)動和散熱設計；
3、至少開發(fā)過2款及以上車載DCDC、OBC類產(chǎn)品；
4、有車載高壓電機驅(qū)動及主功率設計經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
5、有車載大功率（≥3KW）電源(Flyback,Buck-Boost，移相全橋，PFC,LLC拓撲)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
6、熟練掌握原理圖和PCB
Layout設計規(guī)則優(yōu)先；
7、有模塊設計(模擬、數(shù)字、功率電路)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
8、有失效分析(EOS分析，產(chǎn)線支持)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
9、有功能安全設計(安全概念，F(xiàn)MEDA計算)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
10、有EMC整改經(jīng)驗，有實際通過GB/T18655及GB-34660 CLASS3的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
