Responsibilities
> 用戶需求分析/設計:充分調(diào)研了解客戶的詳細業(yè)務需求，幫助客戶挖掘深層次的業(yè)務和管理需求，結合需求分析相關工具軟件梳理用戶的實際使用需求，產(chǎn)出相應解決方案。
>系統(tǒng)原型制作:根據(jù)用戶需求制作完整版的系統(tǒng)原型，熟練運用Axure、墨刀、Visio、Xmind等設計工具制作系統(tǒng)原型;
> 項目文檔編寫:編寫需求規(guī)格說明書、驗收標準、用戶手冊、項目驗收材料、培訓手冊和PPT等項目所需的文件;
> 向項目組準確傳遞產(chǎn)品設計信息，收集用戶反饋，分析用戶需求，對產(chǎn)品進行持續(xù)迭代優(yōu)化和改進;
> 輔助系統(tǒng)功能測試:按照與客戶對接的需求內(nèi)容輔助測試和開發(fā)人員對系統(tǒng)進行功能測試
Requirements
?本科及以上學歷，計算機相關專業(yè)，5年以上經(jīng)驗，其中3年及以上需求分析經(jīng)驗；
?豐富熟練的Java、python、.Net開發(fā)經(jīng)驗；
?MES、AI項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
?具備良好的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力，有責任心；
?具備系統(tǒng)分析師或軟件架構師證書者優(yōu)先；
?有良好的業(yè)務分析能力，有大型項目需求分析經(jīng)驗，具備軟件需求管理能力；
?良好的團隊合作精神、責任感強，有良好的自驅力，思維嚴謹，有獨立解決問題的能力，洞察業(yè)務本質(zhì)；
?抗壓能力強，能夠接受項目出差。
