職位描述

設(shè)計(jì)控制器無(wú)刷電機(jī)汽車零部件
主要崗位職責(zé)：
1.分析控制器類產(chǎn)品的系統(tǒng)需求，進(jìn)行硬件方案設(shè)計(jì)、芯片選型、模塊計(jì)算；
2.設(shè)計(jì)控制器產(chǎn)品的硬件電路，完善Layout指導(dǎo)書(shū)，支持完成Layout設(shè)計(jì)及評(píng)審；
3.負(fù)責(zé)控制器樣品的生產(chǎn)支持與檢查，支持下線測(cè)試設(shè)備的開(kāi)發(fā)和調(diào)試；
4.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品集成測(cè)試，DV測(cè)試，EMC/EMI，認(rèn)證測(cè)試及相關(guān)問(wèn)題的解決，并完成測(cè)試報(bào)告；
5.負(fù)責(zé)硬件開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的圖紙、BOM等流程要求開(kāi)發(fā)文檔發(fā)布與受控管理；
6.為相關(guān)部門、客戶提供技術(shù)支持。
任職要求：
1.自動(dòng)化或電子工程學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上；
2.熟悉汽車行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，熟悉汽車電子產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程；
3.三年以上汽車電子硬件（例如ECU/TCU/T-BOX/BMS/域控制器等）開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
4.熟練掌握原理圖及PCB設(shè)計(jì)軟件(如Altium等)，熟練使用電路仿真軟件(Tina,PsPice,Multisim等)；
5.熟悉控制器模擬和數(shù)字電路設(shè)計(jì)、失效分析、具有開(kāi)關(guān)電源、無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
6.熟悉電磁兼容規(guī)范，設(shè)計(jì)和測(cè)試，熟悉CAN、485、以太網(wǎng)通訊設(shè)計(jì)；
7.熟練使用電源、示波器、萬(wàn)用表等測(cè)試設(shè)備;
8.有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通能力，具有主動(dòng)溝通意識(shí)，對(duì)待工作踏實(shí)、認(rèn)真、細(xì)致，具備一定的抗壓能力。
