職位描述

NPI測試硬件測試
崗位職責：
1. 參與機器人產品的需求分析，負責制定測試計劃、測試方案、測試用例。
2. 負責機器人產品新產品導產及首批出貨的整機穩(wěn)定性一致性的測試工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并跟蹤解決，對產品質量和研發(fā)、生產流程提出改進建議。
3. 對機器人產品進行全方位的質量評估，指出潛在風險，為項目決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
4. 參與用例設計、反饋分析改進、測試方法改進，全生命周期測試能力建設。
任職要求：
1. 統(tǒng)招本科以上理工科專業(yè)，機電、計算機、自動化等專業(yè)優(yōu)先，具備扎實的電子、電路專業(yè)知識。
2. 具備智能硬件/嵌入式測試經(jīng)驗，有二維碼導航 / slam導航 /機器人/ 無人機相關測試經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先。
3. 具備扎實的測試理論基礎，熟悉測試流程，掌握常用測試工具和設備的使用方法。
4. 有機器人產品測試、新品轉產測試經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先。
5. 工作嚴謹，邏輯嚴密敏捷，實操能力強，有良好的溝通能力和職業(yè)心態(tài)。
