OBJECTIVE
Nickelodeon Brand Management
?Lead and execute brand marketing initiatives with a strong focus on social media and digital brand presence, aligned with global and regional initiatives
?Where required, localize global messaging and content to fit Chinese audiences’ preference and cultural nuances
?Develop business and brand social strategies that communicate a compelling value proposition for our target audience
?Be the brand ambassador for both internal and external partners
?Deliver strong brand training and support to internal and external parties
?Work closely with key stakeholders within Paramount to collaborate and drive brand promotions, extend reach, and drive overall business goals
?Provide effective brand and marketing support to partners
?Collaborate with all stakeholders to maintain a strong and cohesive brand voice
?Ensure brand guidelines are met across all creatives, across platforms that feature Nickelodeon assets.
?Ensure operations adhere to internal frameworks, policies and audit standards
?Stay informed on legal, economic and political developments that may impact the business in market
Nickelodeon Marketing
?Develop and execute highly effective brand marketing campaigns for the Greater China region. Consolidate resources/parties and deliver with excellent project management, execution, and promotions
?Drive and execute marketing roadshows and events; work with partners on on-ground brand experiences, ensure that there is strong branding and activities meet marketing objectives.
?Drive co-marketing activities with 3rd party partners, to drive brand growth, maximize reach, engagement, customer acquisition and retention.
?Work with designer to develop campaign key visuals and collaterals for adaptation across all platforms
?Provide regular post reports for key marketing campaigns
?Engage with and grow KOL base, partner KOL to drive brand exposure
Social Media Management
?Devise and drive Nick China social media strategy to grow platforms reach and engagement.
?Manage relationships with social agencies to ensure all daily operations and administrative matters are handled seamlessly
?Ensure that brand social strategies communicate a compelling value proposition for our target audience.
?Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights, and then acting on the information.
?Provide regular post reports for key social media campaigns.
?Keep up-to-date with the latest social trends and platforms, particularly those which engage with or are suitable for kids (and their parents) in China.
?Manage relationships with platform holders (e.g. Weibo) to ensure administrative matters are handled seamlessly.
OTHERS
?Develop and manage budgets, planning and cost control initiatives
?Manage marketing & social assets inventory. Build proper department knowledge retention processes, and ensure past projects are properly archived

?Display excellent time-management capabilities and ensure that all given deadlines are met.

?Display strong social platform knowledge, execution and management skills
?Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering results
FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS
Years of experience:
?Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing and social media / brand management experience
Study:
?A bachelor’s degree, preferably in the areas of Business, Marketing, Communications, or Media related fields
Specific skills/ knowledge:
?Passion for the animation + kids’ industry
?Marketing Social media and Brand-management experience
?Very detailed, and results oriented
?Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns and social media plans
?Great project management skills, solid multi-tasking ability and knowing what to prioritize
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very organized where presentation of information is concerned
?Outstanding Chinese writing skills, also fluent in English speaking and writing.
?Very logical thought process where logical reasoning is concerned
?Up to date with the latest China social media trends and platforms
?Able to bring fresh and creative new ideas and solutions to the table
?A self-starter, highly resourceful with a hands-on approach to responsibilities
?Great team player, committed to building good relationships with other departments and work well in a matrix and international organization.
?Skilled in Microsoft Office and key computer programs, and some Photoshop skills are appreciated.
