1. 負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)客戶合作關(guān)系,做好各項(xiàng)服務(wù)工作,包括但不限于協(xié)助客戶辦理投保、理賠、保全等手續(xù);

2. 處理客戶投訴,及時解決糾紛,維護(hù)公司形象;
Handle customer complaints, resolve disputes in a timely manner, and

3. 建立維護(hù)客戶或經(jīng)紀(jì)公司合作關(guān)系,推進(jìn)合作業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)程;
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients or brokers, and promote the progress of cooperative business;
4. 積極開展職域業(yè)務(wù),挖掘客戶需求,開發(fā)和積累客戶資源;
Actively carry out worksite business, explore customer needs, develop and accumulate customer resources;
5. 完成公司及部門交辦的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the company and department.
