Job Description ? Talent Review & Acquisition – Conduct people review to evaluate the gaps in talent demands and develop various solutions and plans to close bridge the gaps to support organizational and leadership development and growth. – Take lead for talent acquisition projects, recommend most effective solution, and execution of hiring for all types of positions to ensure right people with right competencies/skills/knowledge to fill the right spot. – Being accountable to continuously streamline the recruitment processes to ensure the compliance with applicable Global Policies and procedures as well as HR practice. – Build up and maintain effective relationship with recruiting vendors, such as head-hunters, background check, assessment vendor, etc. – Drive employee engagement and enhance employee moral to maintain performance level of organization ? Staff Relations and Performance Management – Manage, in collaboration with China GM, staff relations regarding hiring, reduction and bonuses. – Develop effective communications programs to assure employee motivation, participation. – Provide the Company with employee training and development programs to develop existing personnel to their full potential for obtaining established performance standards. – Deeply involved in the Performance Management Process and talent review program, prepare, and monitor the related processing. ? Other HR related accountabilities – Manage legally required administrative activities (documentation regarding workplace safety, privacy protection, etc). – Manage and record employee working hours and coordinate the compilation of employee compensation documents. Job Requirements ? Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources or other related majors. ? Minimum 8 years related overall HR experience in foreign investment company plus at least 4 years at HR Manager role to lead HR team to support business needs. ? Solid knowledge in labor law and relevant local law & regulations. ? Accumulated, hands-on HR knowledge in recruiting, learning & development, C&B, performance management, talent reviewing. ? Strong communication and change management skills. ? Excellent presentation skills with proactive coaching and consulting mindset. ? Experience with interfacing with international audiences. ? Ability to work against tight deadlines. ?
