英語貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口儀器儀表制造
注:上班時間8點30-17點,周末雙休,餐補(bǔ)400,固定補(bǔ)貼200
1. Customs Clearance & Declaration Operations:
清關(guān)報關(guān)操作:
·Prepare, review, and declare customs declaration forms, inspection forms, and other
documents for daily import and export goods.
負(fù)責(zé)日常進(jìn)出口貨物的報關(guān)單、報檢單等文件的準(zhǔn)備、審核及申報工作。
·Accurately perform commodity classification (HS code), origin determination, and
customs valuation to ensure the accuracy and compliance of declared data.
準(zhǔn)確進(jìn)行商品歸類(HS 編碼)、原產(chǎn)地認(rèn)定及海關(guān)估價,確保申報數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和合
規(guī)性。
·Coordinate and monitor the declaration progress of customs brokers/freight forwarders,
and promptly address any issues arising during the clearance process.
協(xié)調(diào)和監(jiān)督報關(guān)行/貨代的報關(guān)進(jìn)度,及時處理清關(guān)過程中出現(xiàn)的任何問題。
2. Liaison & Coordination with Customs:
與海關(guān)溝通協(xié)調(diào):
· Act as the company's primary liaison with Customs, maintaining effective and efficient
communication with government regulatory authorities such as Customs and
Commodity Inspection (CIQ).
作為公司的主要海關(guān)聯(lián)絡(luò)人,與海關(guān)、商檢等政府監(jiān)管部門保持良好、高效的溝通。
· Handle customs inquiries, inspections, audits, and other matters; prepare required
documents and provide timely on-site coordination and follow-up.
負(fù)責(zé)應(yīng)對海關(guān)的詢問、查驗、稽查等事宜,準(zhǔn)備所需文件并及時進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場協(xié)調(diào)與跟進(jìn)。
· Interpret, communicate, and implement the latest policies, regulations, and notices
issued by Customs in a timely manner.
及時解讀、傳達(dá)并落實海關(guān)發(fā)布的最新政策、法規(guī)及通知。
3. Customs Compliance & Risk Management:
關(guān)務(wù)合規(guī)與風(fēng)險管理:
· Continuously monitor and evaluate the compliance of the company's customs
operations, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations in China and trading partner
countries.
持續(xù)監(jiān)控和評估公司關(guān)務(wù)操作的合規(guī)性,確保符合中國及貿(mào)易往來國家的法律法規(guī)。
· Identify and assess potential risks within customs processes and develop preventive
and corrective measures.
識別和評估關(guān)務(wù)流程中的潛在風(fēng)險,并制定預(yù)防和應(yīng)對措施。
· Maintain and manage various customs records and documents (e.g., declaration
forms, contracts, invoices, bills of lading), ensuring their completeness and traceability
to meet customs audit requirements.

4. Process Optimization & Cost Control:

· Analyze and evaluate clearance timelines and costs, proposing optimization solutions
to improve efficiency and reduce clearance costs (e.g., tariffs, VAT).

· Assist in applying for and maintaining various customs certifications (e.g., AEO
certification) and preferential policies (e.g., FTA preferential tariff rates).

· Participate in logistics and supply chain optimization projects, providing professional
advice from a customs perspective.

5. Internal Collaboration:

· Work closely with internal teams such as Procurement, Sales, Finance, and

during import/export processes.

· Provide customs knowledge and process training to internal colleagues.

Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics Management, Customs 任職要求
Management, Law, or related fields.
- Essential 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,國際貿(mào)易、物流管理、海關(guān)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Requirements
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export customs management. Experience 必備條件::
in the analytical instruments, high-tech equipment, or precision instruments industry is

communicate effectively with government departments like Customs, with a strong
