Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for Global daily freight auditing via SD transportation management system (OTM – Oracle Transportation Management) and exceptional issue handling with suppliers and internal teams. 2. Support to set up and monitor SD freight billing process with external suppliers and internal account payable team. 3. Cooperate with account payable team to pay supplier for freight on time. 4. Generate customized shipping reports from the system as requirements, and analyze transportation volume, unit costs and supplier’s performance. 5. Raise enhancement request to IT to solve system issues when needed. 6. Active role as part of the whole logistics management team
Hiring Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 1+ year working experience related to logistics/Business administrative, supply chain, finance, etc. 2. Able to get things done, solve problems well, and have basic operational finance knowledge. 3. Have common sense in transportation network optimization and cost reduction knowledge 4. Good team player 5. Can communicate well with teams from different departments 6. Willing to take over challenge and work under changing environment 7. Good command of spoken and written English 8. Good Microsoft Office skills, esp. Excel and PowerPoint 9. Proactive, self-motivation, self-discipline, initiative, dynamic 物流專業(yè),1-3年工作經驗 海外留學優(yōu)先,需要英語口語流利(或者可以接受英文作為工作語言)
