As a talent acquisition professional, you will provide high-quality, end-to-end recruitment
services for specific business scopes, aligning with global standards. You will act as a point of contact to collaborate with all stakeholders, ensuring the smooth progression of each TA initiative and project. This will provide steady support for the talent pipeline,
particularly for external candidates, to aid business development.
Job Responsibilities:
● Responsible for the complete recruitment process for specific job openings.
● Conduct recruitment activities within the assigned scope to meet objectives.
● Actively collaborate with all stakeholders to facilitate TA initiatives and projects.
● Maintain good communication with all interviewers to understand recruitment needs.
● Execute the recruitment strategy across its scope, implementing targeted sourcing and marketing techniques to identify and attract appropriate talent pools.
● Manage the recruitment process with hiring managers and HRBPs, interviewing candidates to assess suitability for positions based on specific business needs.
● Continuously implement improvements to recruiting efficiencies.
● Ensure effective Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and systems are aligned with Group standards.
● Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all levels of hiring.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree or above.
● 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional in industrial
companies, with a proven record in direct sourcing for technical and niche job openings.
● Proficient in sourcing skills and channel utilization across multiple job boards.
● Fluent in both oral and written English; Cantonese is a plus.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Familiar with Workday and TUPU utilization.
● Passionate, reliable, result-oriented, and self-motivated

確保有效的人才獲取流程、工具和系統(tǒng)的一致性符合團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
確保所有級別的候選人都有一致的高質(zhì)量體驗(yàn)招聘。
要求:
本科及以上學(xué)歷。
3年以上行業(yè)人才招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)
在直接招聘技術(shù)和利基工作方面有良好記錄的公司空缺。
精通多個招聘平臺的采購技能和渠道利用。
流利的英語口語和書面表達(dá)能力；會說粵語者優(yōu)先。
良好的人際交往和溝通能力。
熟悉工作日和TUPU的使用。
