美股審計(jì)
Responsibilities：
? Lead talented teams on high profile U.S. IPO deals and recurring Foreign Private Issuer (FPI) audit engagements;
? Deliver technical accounting, SEC reporting and regulatory matters advice across a range of clients;
? Provide auditing expertise to assurance teams to enhance efficiency and improve audit quality;
? Manage portfolio of assurance projects, taking responsibility for delivery on complex deadline-driven engagements;
? Build strong relationships with clients and external parties to help companies execute their cross-border transactions.
Requirements：
? Strong US GAAP/ SEC reporting/ PCAOB audit knowledge and experience;
? US IPO experience preferred;
? Business level Chinese language skill (reading, writing and speaking);
? Has no record of administrative penalties from regulators.
