Purpose Of Job:
Responsible for management of technology in factory, making process procedure, innovate the improvements of technology.
Supplying technical conditions for the purpose of producing qualified products
for our customer.
Major Responsibilities And Authority:
1. Conduct comprehensive manufacturability assessments from
both technical and commercial perspectives.
2. Develop process flow diagrams (PFD/PID)
and pre-production process plans, complete material/energy balance calculations and other basic designs;
3. ?Manage product BOM lifecycle including initial setup and ongoing updates; Formulate SOPs and conduct training;
4. Troubleshoot technical issues in production, monitor process compliance, and improve yield/throughput rates;
5. Participate in equipment selection, buyoff; Design production fixture, focus on fixture adaptation;
6. Coordinate with R&D, quality, and procurement teams to ensure process requirements through product lifecycle;
7. Reduce defect rates via process innovation and optimize production efficiency/costs;
8. Responsible and timely completion of projects is essential.
9. Make sure that all information from Galtronics is confidential and cannot be
disclosed to any person.
10. Familiar with the environmental aspects related to own dept and the control way;
11. Familiar with DOE, APQP, FMEA, PPAP ; Familiar with ISO9001 & IATF16949 standard
12. Other jobs assigned by supervisor or Dept. Manager.
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering
2. 3+ years of process management or on-site production experience with independent problem-solving;
Knowledge and Skills:

1. Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks and process analysis tools45;

2. Base decisions on data analytics; Strong responsibility, cross-team communication skills, and IE knowledge;
3. Good English in both oral and written.
