職位描述

電力項(xiàng)目熱力項(xiàng)目燃?xì)忭?xiàng)目PMP火電電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備電力/水利/熱力/燃?xì)?/span>
1. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)事業(yè)部新開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)配合工作，跟進(jìn)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)全流程，協(xié)調(diào)公司資源，確保按時(shí)高質(zhì)量完成投標(biāo)；
2. 根據(jù)根據(jù)項(xiàng)目合同要求、范圍及工期目標(biāo)，組織編制項(xiàng)目總體進(jìn)度計(jì)劃（一級(jí)/二級(jí)計(jì)劃）及關(guān)鍵里程碑計(jì)劃。 確保資源的合理配置，定期檢查和更新項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，識(shí)別潛在的延誤或偏差，編制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度報(bào)告。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的合同商務(wù)管理，監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目各里程碑節(jié)點(diǎn)的合同回款，確?；乜罘虾贤?guī)定的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)。
4. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的成本進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和控制，對(duì)項(xiàng)目成本費(fèi)用在項(xiàng)目過程中進(jìn)行核定，確保達(dá)到項(xiàng)目利潤(rùn)目標(biāo)。
5. 項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工、調(diào)試及培訓(xùn)等各環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)調(diào)管理，及時(shí)組織解決項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中出現(xiàn)的主要技術(shù)問題，審核設(shè)計(jì)變更方案，保障項(xiàng)目順利進(jìn)行。
6. 與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的各方進(jìn)行有效溝通，包括業(yè)主、供應(yīng)商、分包商等，確保信息的準(zhǔn)確傳遞；協(xié)調(diào)甲方、監(jiān)理、政務(wù)關(guān)系，管理施工單位和施工隊(duì)伍，監(jiān)督施工單位的整體情況，保證項(xiàng)目順利進(jìn)行。
任職資格：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，有機(jī)械、電子、自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景，英文聽說讀寫良好；
2. 10年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中3年及以上火電行業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有成功的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 具備較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力；
