職位描述

項目管理
崗位職責:
1.協(xié)助管理與運營相關(guān)的整個新產(chǎn)品導入（NPI）流程，并對接客戶，確保滿足產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的各項要求；
Assist in managing the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process from an operations perspective, interfacing with customers to ensure production readiness and compliance;
2.協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理組織與運營相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵會議，包括新產(chǎn)品啟動會議、NPI 準備評審會議、NPI 資格驗證及試點試產(chǎn)評審會議，以及產(chǎn)品移交會議，確保項目推進有序；
Support the Project Manager in organizing key operational meetings such as NPI kick-off, readiness reviews, qualification builds, pilot build reviews, and product transfer sessions;
3.參與每日及每周的NPI協(xié)調(diào)會議，跟進會議中各部門的行動項，識別潛在進度風險，并協(xié)助推進問題解決；
Participate in daily and weekly NPI meetings, follow up on cross-functional action items, highlight potential schedule risks, and assist in resolving issues.
4.協(xié)助收集、整理和更新項目階段性數(shù)據(jù)，定期向內(nèi)部團隊及客戶/合作伙伴提供NPI活動的進展匯報、問題分析及改善建議；
Assist in collecting and updating project data, and provide regular reports on NPI status, risks, and improvement opportunities to internal teams and customers/partners;
5.深度參與NPI全過程中的試產(chǎn)階段，包括Pre-Pilot與Pilot Build，協(xié)助現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行、問題記錄與結(jié)果回顧；
Actively support pre-pilot and pilot build activities, including on-site coordination, issue logging, and build result review.
6.協(xié)調(diào)運營相關(guān)的跨部門工作（如生產(chǎn)、工藝、物料、質(zhì)量等），保障項目關(guān)鍵節(jié)點達成；
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (such as Production, Process, Material Planning, and Quality) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
7.在項目經(jīng)理和導師的指導下，學習項目管理方法和流程工具，逐步承擔更高層次的項目工作任務(wù)。
Under the guidance of the Project Manager and mentor, learn structured project management methods and gradually take on increased responsibilities.
任職要求:
1.本科及以上學歷，專業(yè)不限，工業(yè)工程、機械工程、電子、物流、運營管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先，24屆或25屆海內(nèi)外畢業(yè)生；
Bachelor’s degree or above in any relevant discipline, majors such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management are preferred, graduates of 2024 or 2025 from home and abroad；
2.具備較強的溝通能力，善于與不同職能團隊合作；
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
3.對項目管理有濃厚興趣，具備項目管理基礎(chǔ)知識者優(yōu)先（如了解NPI流程、量產(chǎn)導入、試產(chǎn)等）；
Strong interest in project management, basic understanding of project workflows (e.g. NPI, prototyping, production ramp-up) is a plus;
4.具備流利的英語讀寫能力，能流利地進行口頭溝通；
Fluent in reading and writing English, Fluent in spoken English communication;
5.熟悉使用Office辦公軟件（Excel、PowerPoint等）, 了解項目計劃工具（如Microsoft Project）者優(yōu)先；
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tools like Microsoft Project is a plus;
6.責任心強，工作主動，能在壓力下完成多任務(wù)，樂于學習新知識；
Responsible, proactive, capable of multitasking under pressure, and eager to learn;
7.可接受國內(nèi)外短期出差，適應(yīng)跨文化工作環(huán)境；
Willing to travel domestically or internationally for short periods, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment;
8.有PMP證書或正在準備PMP考試者優(yōu)先（非必需）.
PMP certification or preparation in progress is a plus (not mandatory).
