IDC/機房運維服務(wù)器運維云運維IT運維技術(shù)支持IT服務(wù)計算機硬件通信/網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備
崗位職責(zé):
1. Primarily responsible for daily IT support and project implementation for the AI Wearable factory.
2. Provide daily IT support for Plastic, Metal, Lens, Injection, and Deco factories.
3. Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, mobile devices, tablets, and other IT&OT equipment.
4. Provided end-user IT support by diagnosing and resolving issues across hardware, software, and network systems, while collaborating with teams to deliver effective technical solutions and implement technology projects.
5. Maintains and updates the IT Asset system, project documents, and user guidelines.
6. Perform administrative-level support tasks as required.
7. Collect and analyze IT-related issues, providing reports and improvement suggestions to leadership.
任職要求:
1. IT, Computer Science, and Technology, or a related field major.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT operations support role or similar position.
3. CET-4 or above, good verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, ITIL v4, and Azure are considered a plus.
5. Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation are highly desirable.
6. Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), Windows/Microsoft 365, and basic Linux administration.
7. Solid knowledge of computer systems, software, hardware, networking, and communications.
8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions.
9. Must be available to provide on-site support and work in an industrial environment.
10. Must be available to work overtime during weekends or evenings when necessary.
