MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Develop and execute a strategic brand communication plan to enhance brand reputation, boost customer engagement, and support business growth in China. 2.Act as a critical business partner, offering strategic communication advice to country leadership and functional teams. 3.Plan and execute stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies to align with business priorities and reputation goals. 4.Design and implement high-impact brand image enhancement campaigns, in collaboration with global marketing teams. 5.Leverage data insights and predictive analytics to inform communication strategies and initiatives. 6.Lead the creation of integrated communication materials for internal and external audiences. 7.Partner with executive communications to position. 8.Represent the company in external forums, media outreach, and public engagement opportunities to amplify our brand narrative. 9.Build and foster relationships with media outlets, thought leaders, influencers, and other key stakeholders. 10.Coordinate and manage the company’s online presence, ensuring coherence across all digital platforms. 11.Manage issues and crisis communication strategies to safeguard the organization’s reputation. 12.Oversee budgets and communication resources to maximize the impact of brand communications activities. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, with proficiency in English as a working language. 2.5+ years of experience in communication planning, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail industry. 3.Proven experience in managing high-impact product communications, social media campaigns, or content with significant reach. 4.Strong interest and passion for communications, with an acute sense of internet trends, social media dynamics, and current topics. 5.Data-savvy with the ability to leverage insights into actionable communication strategies; understanding of consumer behavior or industry trends is a plus. 6.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and curiosity to learn and grow.
