職位描述

外資企業(yè)
  • Draft, review and negotiate bilingual contracts, and update contract templates timely; review other legal documents, guidelines, company policies and SOPs etc;
  • Conduct legal research and provide daily legal advice to internal clients;
  • Provide legal support on BD projects and corporate/business restructuring projects etc;
  • Handle litigation, arbitration and government investigation to protect company’s legal rights and interests;
  • Provide training to internal employees to ensure compliance with laws and company policies and procedures;
  • Serve as a liaison with outside counsel and manage vendors as requested;
  • Other tasks or projects assigned by Line manager.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
  • Legum Baccalaureus or above degree from a reputable law school, China bar is a must;
  • At least 4-8 years of relevant legal experience gained within healthcare / pharmaceutical environment or, alternatively with a top-tier law firm representing healthcare clients;
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills, and experience working in cross-functional teams. Strong ability to influence and negotiate with a clear demonstration of professional and culturally sensitive work ethics;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
