General Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)
Daily shipment operation in Project team.
負(fù)責(zé)日常項(xiàng)目部操作相關(guān)工作。
Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責(zé)
Follow up new orders from managers/pricing team. Jobs related to all kinds of MOT (ocean, air, road, rail etc.) and all incoterms
跟進(jìn)經(jīng)理們/報(bào)價(jià)組分配的單子，業(yè)務(wù)涉及所有運(yùn)輸方式（海運(yùn)，空運(yùn)，陸運(yùn)，鐵路等）及貿(mào)易條款。
Follow up full operations process including communication with domestic/overseas customer/sub-contractor/agent, booking process, HBL/MBL instructions and submission, data input, billing and invoicing etc.
一票到底操作，含與海內(nèi)外客戶/供應(yīng)商/代理溝通，訂艙，確認(rèn)提單，系統(tǒng)錄入，結(jié)算費(fèi)用等所有閉環(huán)流程。
Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system CW1.
確保操作系統(tǒng)CW1中錄入的信息完整并且正確。
Ensure complete the billing to overseas office and local shipper in due time as
per the quotation.
根據(jù)之前報(bào)價(jià)及時(shí)開票給國(guó)外辦公室以及當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)貨人。
Other tasks assigned by manager.
完成其他由經(jīng)理分配的任務(wù)。
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree, major in related is preferable
本科以上學(xué)歷，物流相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
CET4 and above is required
需大學(xué)英語4級(jí)及以上
Working experience in OOG / Breakbulk cargo is preferable
擁有超尺寸，散雜貨工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮
Knowledge of export/import 進(jìn)出口知識(shí)
Familiar with MS office 熟練掌握辦公軟件
Good English in reading and writing 良好的英語讀寫能力
