電氣制造業(yè)海外質(zhì)量體系電力/水利/熱力/燃?xì)?/span>新能源通用設(shè)備制造
崗位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)規(guī)劃搭建、實(shí)施、維護(hù)和持續(xù)改進(jìn)海外質(zhì)量管理體系,同步跟蹤地區(qū)政策與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更新,動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化體系文件,確保質(zhì)量體系在海外業(yè)務(wù)中應(yīng)用的充分性、有效性;
2. 負(fù)責(zé)制定體系落地推行方案,開展海外各業(yè)務(wù)部門體系培訓(xùn),監(jiān)督各環(huán)節(jié)執(zhí)行情況,確保全員合規(guī)操作 。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)組織海外質(zhì)量體系內(nèi)部審核、管理評(píng)審,配合客戶及第三方完成外部審核,提供合規(guī)證明文件,處理不符合項(xiàng)并跟蹤改進(jìn)閉環(huán);
4. 負(fù)責(zé)收集體系運(yùn)行、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、過程績效指標(biāo)、客戶投訴等質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用質(zhì)量管理工具(如8D、FMEA、CP等)牽頭分析和進(jìn)改,跟蹤落實(shí)進(jìn)度,閉環(huán)管理,定期輸出體系運(yùn)行報(bào)告。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)糾正與預(yù)防措施(CAPA)、流程優(yōu)化等持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目,為員工提供質(zhì)量管理體系、流程及質(zhì)量管理工具培訓(xùn),協(xié)調(diào)各部門(如研發(fā)、采購、生產(chǎn))確保質(zhì)量體系有效運(yùn)行,
6.負(fù)責(zé)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更新和經(jīng)驗(yàn)沉淀,持續(xù)關(guān)注海外地區(qū)電力設(shè)備質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、法規(guī)動(dòng)態(tài),及時(shí)將更新內(nèi)容融入現(xiàn)有質(zhì)量體系,沉淀區(qū)域體系經(jīng)驗(yàn),并為新市場拓展提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化支持 。

Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for planning, establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the overseas quality management system. Monitor regional policies and standards updates, dynamically optimize system documents, and ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the quality system in overseas operations.
2.Responsible for developing implementation plans for the system, conducting quality system training for overseas business departments, and monitoring execution across all processes to ensure full compliance.
3.Responsible for organizing internal audits and management reviews of the overseas quality system, coordinating external audits by customers and third parties, providing compliance documentation, addressing non-conformities, and tracking improvements to closure.
4.Responsible for collecting quality data such as system performance, quality objectives, process performance indicators, and customer complaints. Utilize quality management tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, CP) to lead analysis and improvement initiatives, track implementation progress, manage closure, and regularly produce system performance reports.
5.Responsible for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), process optimization, and other continuous improvement projects. Provide training on the quality management system, processes, and quality tools to employees. Coordinate with various departments (e.g., R&D, Procurement, Production) to ensure the effective operation of the quality system.
6.Responsible for standard updates and experience consolidation. Continuously monitor updates to quality standards and regulations for power equipment in overseas regions, integrate changes into the existing quality system, document regional system experience, and provide standardized support for new market expansion.
7.Other duties as assigned.
任職要求:
1. 學(xué)歷專業(yè):本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械或電氣等理工科相關(guān)專業(yè);
2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):有3年以上電力設(shè)備行業(yè)海外(如中東、中亞等)質(zhì)量體系搭建和應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn);了解電力設(shè)備(如GIS、開關(guān)柜、預(yù)制艙等)生產(chǎn)工藝、質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)者優(yōu)先。
3. 體系能力:熟練應(yīng)用ISO9001、IATF 16949搭建海外產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量體系,運(yùn)用質(zhì)量工具(如PDCA、8D、FMEA)和質(zhì)量改進(jìn)方法(如DMAIC),產(chǎn)品過程質(zhì)量分析和質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。
4. 語言能力:英語可作為工作溝通語言,具備流利的聽說讀寫能力;
5.其他:邏輯思維清晰并較好的書面表達(dá)能力,良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Job Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
2.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in establishing and applying quality management systems in overseas markets (e.g., Middle East, Central Asia) within the power equipment industry. Preference given to candidates familiar with the production processes and quality control points of power equipment (e.g., GIS, Switchgear, Prefabricated Substations).
3.System Skills: Proficient in applying ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 to establish overseas product quality systems. Skilled in using quality tools (e.g., PDCA, 8D, FMEA) and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., DMAIC) for product/process quality analysis and enhancement.
4.Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to use it as a working language.
5.Others: Strong logical thinking, excellent written communication skills, and effective interpersonal and coordination abilities.
