The main missions of the role are: ● Customer focus& collaborates with others. 以客戶為中心,與他人合作 ● Executing quality tasks in production with reference to customer complaints management and audit as well as to the technically and factually correct application of quality tools and methods. 根據(jù)客戶投訴和審核,處理生產(chǎn)過程中存在的質(zhì)量問題,以及正確使用質(zhì)量工具和質(zhì)量方法。 ● Implement and further develop the product and process standards demanded by the QM system. 實施并進一步發(fā)展質(zhì)量管理體系要求的產(chǎn)品和過程標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ● Preparation of documents required for the handling of customer complaints (e.g.8D report, action plans). 準(zhǔn)備處理客戶投訴所需的文件(如8D報告、行動計劃) ● Verify and assess the required sample test results taking into account internal and external guidelines (customer requirements) as discussed with the superiors and internal as well as external entities. 根據(jù)與上級、內(nèi)部和外部討論的產(chǎn)品規(guī)范(客戶要求),驗證和評估所需的樣品測試結(jié)果 ● Coordination of validation and release of Failure parts compliant to internal and external standards up to customer approval (teaming with Development Quality Planning Officer, if applicable). 協(xié)調(diào)符合內(nèi)部和外部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的故障件的驗證和釋放,并提交客戶批準(zhǔn)(與開發(fā)質(zhì)量合作,如適用) ● Preparation and distribution to entities concerned, of quality documents required by customer for initial sampling after changes made to series-produced parts or variants and devices taken over. 在對批量生產(chǎn)的零件,過程,設(shè)備進行更改后,準(zhǔn)備首批樣件認(rèn)可文件,并提交客戶認(rèn)可。 Skills and competencies ● Bachelor's degree or above. 本科及以上學(xué)歷 ● Efficient English in writing and speaking.較好的英語讀寫能力 ● Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Outlook熟練使用Office、Outlook系統(tǒng)等辦公軟件 ● Collaborates with others 具有良好的與他人合作的意識 ● Customer focus 以客戶為中心 ● Learning agility具備學(xué)習(xí)敏捷性
