● Organize and coordinate inhouse component tooling tryout, optimization, qualification, FR and ISIR, handover to series production.
組織和協(xié)調(diào)自制件模具試模，優(yōu)化驗(yàn)證，零件全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)以及認(rèn)可并交付給批量生產(chǎn)。
● Create and track A part Specification and AWF.
創(chuàng)建并跟蹤采購(gòu)零件技術(shù)要求及批準(zhǔn)流程。
● Inhouse part CT optimization and SCR reduction and engineering change management.
負(fù)責(zé)自制零件生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍優(yōu)化和廢品率降低以及工程變更管理。
● Create the component P-FMEA and the implementation of all resulting measures and optimizations.
負(fù)責(zé)零部件PFMEA的創(chuàng)建以及相關(guān)措施和優(yōu)化的實(shí)施。
Skills and competencies
● Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation and related Engineering Fields
本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、材料、自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專業(yè)
● Good Excel and PowerPoint skill is required具備良好的Excel和PowerPoint技能
● Proficient in written/oral English communication熟練的英語(yǔ)書寫及口語(yǔ)溝通能力
● Collaborates with others 良好的與他人合作的意識(shí)
● Learning agility學(xué)習(xí)敏捷性
