崗位職責(zé):
1、通過Digi-Key、MIC國際站、海外社媒等多種渠道尋找潛在客戶,積極開拓海外市場,根據(jù)客戶個性化需求,提供電感應(yīng)用解決方案,促成銷售,完成季度及年度銷售任務(wù);
2、調(diào)研目標市場,搜集主要競爭對手動態(tài)信息,并及時向上反饋,為公司制定相應(yīng)的銷售策略提供參考依據(jù);
3、協(xié)助策劃并參與目標市場線下推廣活動,包括展覽、論壇、講座、專題研討會、學(xué)術(shù)年會等,進行產(chǎn)品推廣及品牌宣傳;
4、負責(zé)項目實施過程中的協(xié)調(diào)工作,包括產(chǎn)品出廠交付、技術(shù)指導(dǎo)、應(yīng)收款回款、客訴處理、后期維保等環(huán)節(jié),確保項目正常運轉(zhuǎn);
5、完成上級交辦的其他臨時性工作任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,電子信息工程、英語、國貿(mào)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,CET-4及以上,聽說讀寫能力較強;
2、至少3年海外市場銷售經(jīng)驗,有電子元器件行業(yè)工作背景者優(yōu)先考慮;
3、熟悉大客戶開發(fā)流程,具備一定層面的商務(wù)溝通及商務(wù)關(guān)系建立經(jīng)驗,善于察言觀色;
4、工作積極主動,責(zé)任心、執(zhí)行力、跨部門溝通協(xié)作能力較強。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and expand overseas markets by identifying potential clients through diversified channels including Digi-Key, MIC International B2B platforms, overseas social media, etc. Provide customized inductor application solutions aligned with client needs, drive sales conversions, and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
2. Conduct in-depth market research on target regions, monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
3. Plan and participate in offline promotional campaigns (e.g., trade shows, industry forums, technical seminars, academic conferences) to enhance product visibility and brand awareness.
4. Oversee end-to-end project coordination, including product delivery, technical support, accounts receivable collection, customer complaint resolution, and post-sales maintenance, ensuring seamless project execution.
5. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, International Economics and Trade, English, or related fields. CET-4 or above (or equivalent English proficiency) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Minimum 3 years of proven track record in overseas market sales. Prior experience in the electronic components industry (e.g., inductors, resistors) is highly preferred.
3. Expertise in key account management, with demonstrated ability to build high-level business relationships and navigate complex negotiations.
4. Self-motivated team player with exceptional problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
