崗位職責(zé):
1)Track and research macro environment and policies, industry conditions and market demand, implement analysis report regularly;
跟蹤并研究宏觀環(huán)境與政策、行業(yè)狀況以及市場需求,定期撰寫分析報告;
2)Deeply dig company related market dynamics and assist Marketing Manager to complete Sales strategy supporting documents;
深入挖掘公司相關(guān)的市場動態(tài),并協(xié)助市場經(jīng)理完成銷售策略相關(guān)的支撐文件;
3)Assist Marketing Manager in product group management, improve work instruction documents of product group management regularly, ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of product group management;
協(xié)助市場經(jīng)理進行產(chǎn)品組管理,定期完善產(chǎn)品組管理的工作指導(dǎo)文件,確保產(chǎn)品組管理的及時性和有效性;
4)Review regularly and revise company strategy, monitor the achievement of the strategy, ensuring the implementation of strategy, improve company strategic planning management, supervise and inspect management process, improve the level of company strategic planning;
定期回顧并修訂公司戰(zhàn)略,監(jiān)控戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的達(dá)成情況,確保戰(zhàn)略得以實施,完善公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃管理,監(jiān)督并檢查管理流程,提升公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃水平;
5)Plan and execute exhibitions and customer communication activities, complete the external and cross-department communication and coordination of the company, control the whole process and ensure the smooth completion of projects;
規(guī)劃并執(zhí)行展會及客戶溝通活動,完成公司的對外及跨部門溝通與協(xié)調(diào)工作,把控整個流程,確保項目順利完成;
6)Follow up corporate design related tasks, contact new vendors then discuss and implement detailed contents to ensure smooth completion of projects;
跟進公司設(shè)計相關(guān)任務(wù),聯(lián)系新供應(yīng)商并商討和落實具體內(nèi)容,確保項目順利完成;
7)Contact with Marketing department of headquarter and releasing and noticing Marketing information internally;
與總部的市場部門保持聯(lián)系,并在公司內(nèi)部發(fā)布和傳達(dá)市場信息。
8)Comply with the companys information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information;
遵守公司信息安全管理規(guī)定,對公司信息保密,不泄露,保證信息的安全;
9)Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
配合公司需要,隨時承擔(dān)上級委派的其他任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1)Bachelor degree or above;
本科學(xué)歷及以上;
2)More than 3 years working experience in Marketing or Sales in automotive industry; Good knowledge of auto parts or industrial manufacturing products;
在汽車行業(yè)有 3 年以上市場營銷或銷售方面的工作經(jīng)驗,對汽車零部件或工業(yè)制造類產(chǎn)品具有一定的認(rèn)知;
3)Good command of Chinese and English (verbal and written);
熟練掌握中英文(口語及書面);
4)Good professional dedication and professional ethics, have team spirit and strong sense of responsibility;
具有良好的敬業(yè)精神和職業(yè)道德,有團隊精神且責(zé)任感強;
5)Good communication and coordination ability;
具備良好的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力;
6)Good market perception, strong execution ability and learning ability;
對市場有良好的感知力,執(zhí)行能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力強;
7)Can work under pressure with multiple tasks management at the same time, accept occasional business travel;
能在壓力下同時處理多項任務(wù),可接受偶爾的出差安排;
8)Good writing ability, be qualified for writing and proofreading propaganda articles.
具有良好的寫作能力,可勝任宣傳稿件的寫作與校對工作。
