Bachelor degree in HR, Law or relevant majors; 人力資源、法律或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷。 ? 3+ years working experience in HRBP function; 在HRBP職能方面有三年以上工作經(jīng)驗。 ? Good communication, team spirit, coordination skill and sensitivity; 具備良好的溝通能力、團隊合作精神、協(xié)調(diào)技巧以及敏感度。 ? Work proactively under pressure; 能在壓力下積極主動地開展工作。
