Main Responsibility
· School Partnership Development: You will build a structured business development pipeline focused on school partnerships, with a strategy to expand this focus into Asia. This will involve fostering deep trusted relationships with schools as well as independently hosting and delivering program introduction sessions for students or parents when necessary.
· Financial Growth: You will establish and manage scalable revenue systems and a growth model that prioritizes long-term, multi-year partnerships with schools, --all to secures student retention as a primary revenue driver.
· Market Positioning: A unified "Growth Engine" will successfully integrate marketing, business development, and program innovation, and you will consistently represent Qi Center as a high-standard, values-driven leader in social innovation education market.
· Work location: Chaoyang District,Beijing with 20% travel time outside Beijing

·學校合作拓展:您將建立以學校合作為核心的結(jié)構(gòu)化業(yè)務(wù)拓展渠道,并制定戰(zhàn)略將業(yè)務(wù)重點擴展至亞洲地區(qū)。這包括與學校建立深度信任關(guān)系,并在必要時獨立組織并開展面向?qū)W生或家長的項目推介會。

· 市場定位:整合營銷、業(yè)務(wù)拓展與課程創(chuàng)新的統(tǒng)一“增長引擎”,持續(xù)塑造啟創(chuàng)中心在社會創(chuàng)新教育領(lǐng)域高標準、價值觀驅(qū)動的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者形象。
· 工作地點:北京市朝陽區(qū),其中20%的出差時間在北京市以外
Qualifications,Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role in sales or business development, ideally within the social enterprise, education, or B2B sectors.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable revenue systems to achieve aggressive financial targets.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing long-term, high-value partnerships.
- Expertise in identifying, entering, and expanding into new markets.
- Expertise in integrating business development with marketing and program innovation to create a shared KPIs.
- Strong passion for Qi Center’s mission and values, with a proven ability to lead with humility, courage, and a collaborative spirit. You should be a systematic thinker who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide strategic insights and narrative reports to the executive team.
- English language proficiency is required.
