崗位職責:
1. Retail Marketing Planning & Review SOP
· Conduct 6-12 months retail marketing calendar according to the marketing overall directions with clear purpose & targeting.
· Establish working SOP of internal discussion and reviewing.
· Summarize the learnings with following action to improve the working efficiency and budget control by project.
2.Store Animation Plan & Execution
· Draft 6 months store animation calendar according to the marketing’s directions to get internal sign off.
· Deep dive with proposal and align with cross functional team
· KPI setting and monitoring.
· Project Review with learnings and adopt into future plan
3.Landlord Calendar Follow up & Collaboration Plan
· Draft 6 months calendar according to the marketing’s and landlords’ directions to get internal sign off.
· Dedicated proposal for the different landlord cooperation and aligned with internally and ross functions.
4.Cross functional Communication & follow up
· Establish and set the SOP to collect retail
s requests to improve the working efficiency and catch the point always.
· To follow the weekly retail
s meeting topic and status sharing to all
· Weekly collect market case of retail marketing related and internal proposal.
任職要求:
1.Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
2.Good Microsoft word/ excel/power point skills
3.Over 2 years of experience in related industry
4.Bachelor‘s degree or above
