Job description崗位職責：

1.Follow HSE responsibility. 遵守HSE責任。
2.Manufacturing process surveillance, including but not limited制造過程監(jiān)督，包括但不限于:
-Monitor if operations followed the IT/ITP, especially when IT/ITP updating, newcomers on board監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)操作是否遵循IT/ITP，特別是在IT/ITP更新、新員工加入時。
-Monitor if operations followed the quality rules (refer to quality habilitation training material), like operators qualification, JO stamp, data recording, file archiving, etc., 監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)操作是否遵循質(zhì)量規(guī)則（參考質(zhì)量適應培訓材料），如操作員資格、工單印章、數(shù)據(jù)記錄、文件歸檔等。
-Lead the deviations solving relevant with quality detected during audit (including internal audit, 20min, customer/external audit) or daily activities, 主導解決在審核中（包括內(nèi)部審核、20分鐘、客戶/外部審核）或日?；顒又邪l(fā)現(xiàn)的與質(zhì)量相關(guān)的偏差。
-Monitor the machines maintenance & periodic checking status.監(jiān)控機器維護和定期檢查狀態(tài)。
-Monitor the material storage condition, validity. 監(jiān)控材料儲存條件、有效性。
-Monitor the calibration status and label on site. 監(jiān)控現(xiàn)場校準狀態(tài)和標簽。
-Monitor if parameters out of tolerance, work together with Process Engineers and Production/Maintenance to deal with the nonconformity and follow the RCA & Actions. 監(jiān)控參數(shù)是否超出公差，與工藝工程師和生產(chǎn)/維護部門合作處理不符合項，并遵循根本原因分析&行動計劃。
-Process FMEA management, such as risk identification ,analysis and control. 過程FMEA管理，如風險識別、分析和控制。
-Quality data management, statistical analysis. 質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)管理、統(tǒng)計分析。
3.Product nonconformity treatment產(chǎn)品不合格處理
-Pilot the nonconforming parts treatment, relevant DA processing. 主導不合格零件處理，開具不合格證。
4.Material quality control材料質(zhì)量控制
-In charge of relevant production materials incoming inspection specification and validate the report. 負責相關(guān)生產(chǎn)材料進料檢驗規(guī)范，并驗證報告。
-Treatment of nonconforming materials detected during IMI and production, manage NQAR when necessary, relevant supplier performance assessment. 處理來料檢驗和生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不合格材料，必要時管理供應商不合格整改要求，及相關(guān)供應商績效評估。
5.Measurement data accuracy測量數(shù)據(jù)精度
-launch or monitor the measurement R&R, correlation, monitor the measurement system to assure the data accuracy. 啟動或監(jiān)控測量重復性再現(xiàn)性分析、相關(guān)性，監(jiān)控測量系統(tǒng)以確保數(shù)據(jù)準確性。
6.DVI topics supporting支持新產(chǎn)品導入項目
-Participate in DVI risk analysis，Monitor the validation status of DVI. 參與新產(chǎn)品導入項目風險分析，監(jiān)控新產(chǎn)品導入項目的驗證狀態(tài)。
7. ENQA treatment if relevant 客戶投訴處理（如相關(guān)）
-Lead the disposition of ENQA relevant, including root cause analysis and improvement actions following. 主導客戶投訴相關(guān)事務的處理，包括根本原因分析和后續(xù)改進措施。
8.Quality improvement project 質(zhì)量改進項目
-Lead or participant in project such as human factor, GB project. 主導或參與項目，如人為因素、GB項目。
9.Manage direct responsible working instruction training/updating管理直接負責的工作指導培訓/更新。
10.Supplier management when assigned供應商管理（如有分配）
-Participate in supplier audit, supplier performance assessment, in charge of quality problem resolving.參與供應商審核、供應商績效評估，負責解決質(zhì)量問題。



Requirements相關(guān)要求:

1.Basic knowledge on casting, mechanics, materials or related majors.具備鑄造、機械、材料或相關(guān)專業(yè)的基本知識。
2.Familiar with ISO9001/AS9100 quality system is preferred.熟悉ISO9001/AS9100質(zhì)量體系者優(yōu)先。
3.Familiar with process quality management and quality tools, such as FMEA, 8D, control plan, process capability, statistical analysis, problem solving skills etc..熟悉過程質(zhì)量管理和質(zhì)量工具，如FMEA、8D、控制計劃、過程能力、統(tǒng)計分析、問題解決技能等。
4. With knowledge with Lean, 6 sigma.具備精益、六西格瑪?shù)闹R。
5.Capable of leading quality problem solving & quality improvement.能夠主導解決質(zhì)量問題和質(zhì)量改進。
6.Fluent in written and oral English.英語聽說讀寫流利。
7.Proficient in using office software , power BI.熟練使用辦公軟件、power BI。
8.Good quality sense, ownership sense for work. 良好的質(zhì)量意識，對工作有主人翁意識。
9.Good at communication , organization among cross function team .良好的跨職能團隊之間的組織溝通能力。
