阿里巴巴國際站英語印尼語東南亞區(qū)域橡膠和塑料制品化學(xué)原料/化學(xué)制品
主要崗位職責(zé):
1.進行國際市場調(diào)研,分析市場需求和競爭格局,制定公司產(chǎn)品在印尼市場的營銷策略。收集和整理國際市場信息和競爭對手動態(tài),以支持公司決策。
2.市場開發(fā)和客戶維護:負責(zé)印尼及周邊市場的開發(fā)和客戶維護,制定銷售計劃,執(zhí)行銷售活動,完成銷售業(yè)績指標。
3.客戶關(guān)系管理:管理和維護印尼地區(qū)的客戶關(guān)系,尋找長期戰(zhàn)略合作客戶,定期拜訪客戶,維護客戶。
4.項目報價管理與合作:按照公司銷售價格指導(dǎo),核算成本報價,招標澄清與簽約,項目執(zhí)行,配合國內(nèi)管理者做好項目管理工作,處理客戶投訴及售后服務(wù)問題,跟蹤與客戶對賬,追討欠款。
5.溝通協(xié)調(diào):負責(zé)客戶與國內(nèi)團隊的協(xié)調(diào),每周匯報工作進展情況。
任職資格:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,復(fù)合材料或市場營銷相關(guān)專業(yè),有復(fù)合材料銷售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
2.掌握國際貿(mào)易的基本概念、貿(mào)易條款、貿(mào)易流程等基礎(chǔ)知識;具備跨境電商領(lǐng)域的知識和經(jīng)驗;
3.具備較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力,較強的團隊合作精神,良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
4.具備出色的英語聽說讀寫能力,能夠熟練地進行商務(wù)溝通和談判;
5.具備較強的市場開發(fā)能力和談判技巧,能夠獨立開發(fā)和維護客戶,具有較強的抗壓和自我激勵能力。

Qualifications:
(1)Bachelor degree or above, major in composite
materials/marketing or related fields, working experience in composite
materials sales is preferred.
(2)Familiar with international trade processes, customs, and international trade laws and regulations.
(3)Strong learning ability, strong team spirit,
good communication and coordination skills.
(4)Excellent English listening, speaking, reading
and writing skills, able to conduct business communication and negotiation
proficiently;
(5)Strong market development capabilities and
negotiation skills, capable of independently developing and maintaining client
relationships. Strong ability to work under pressure and self-motivation.
2. Job Responsibilities:
(1)Conduct international market research, analyze
market demands and competitive landscapes, and formulate marketing strategies for company products in Indonesia market. Collect and compile international market information and competitor dynamics to support company decision-making.
(2) Market development and customer maintenance: Responsible
for the development and customer maintenance of Indonesia and surrounding
markets, formulate sales plans, execute sales activities and complete sales
performance indicators.
(3) Customer relationship management: manage and maintain
customer relationships in Indonesia, look for long-term strategic cooperation
customers, visit customers regularly, and maintain customers.
(4) Project quotation management and cooperation: according
to the company's guidance of sales price, accounting cost quotation, bidding
clarification and signing, project execution, cooperate with domestic
executives to do a good job in project management, deal with customer
complaints and after-sales service problems, track reconciliation with
customers, and collect arrears.
(5) Communication and coordination: Responsible for the
coordination between the customer and the domestic team, and report the
progress of the work weekly.
