Responsibilities:
1. Explore and study market segments and consumer behavior, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop comprehensive sales strategy to grow the business in China market
2. Identify and explore new business opportunities, expanding customer base, to ensure continuous growth in sales performance
3. Deliver sales target, and develop business opportunities with KA clients/distributors in catering sector, retail channels and special channels
4. Regularly visit customers to understand their feedback on products and services, and promptly coordinate and solve customer problems to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms and goods delivery activities to achieve profitable sales performance
6. Partner with company internal departments for driving healthy and sustainable business growth, including finance, supply chain, and marketing etc.
7. Support China GM and head office to take other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in aquaculture, food science, marketing or related fields.
2. At least 5 years or more experience in food industry, with sales of imported food products, channel resources (supermarkets, catering, e-commerce and gift group buying, etc.) and market priority is given to those who expand their experience.
3. Be familiar with the market dynamics of both live and frozen seafood and understand the relevant laws and regulations and food safety standards.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, self-motivated and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Has strong market analysis and judgment capabilities and is able to adjust sales strategy according to market changes.
6. Proficiency in both written and oral Chinese and English.
7. Willingness to travel within inland China as required.
